Refund policy

At MetaBoo, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. As our products fall under the wellness and consumable category, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all returns and refunds.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received in a damaged condition
  • Product received with tampered packaging
  • Incorrect product delivered

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Non-Returnable Conditions

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened or used packages
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste or personal preference-related concerns
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Any return request for products with opened seals or used contents will be rejected.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns, a ₹99 return shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

In case an order is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts,
  • incorrect address,
  • customer unavailable,
  • or refusal to accept the package,

the refund will be processed only after deducting a ₹99 return shipping charge.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our origin facility, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refund initiation may take 5–7 working days after receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Note

MetaBoo reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the returned product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
