For prepaid orders below ₹599, standard shipping charges may apply based on your delivery location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A flat ₹99 shipping & handling fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS and/or email.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.

In case of:

  • incorrect address,
  • unreachable contact number,
  • customer unavailability,
  • refusal to accept the package,
  • or repeated failed delivery attempts,

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse by the courier partner.

For all orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, a ₹99 return shipping and handling charge will be applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the package for prompt assistance.
